Our company booked facilities, including a conference/ classroom for 5 days to enable a course to be conducted there. The classroom was ideal for our requirements and the TV could be linked to a computer. In the lead up to and throughout the week of the course, the management of Mark and Jacci as well as other members of staff were engaging, very helpful and were happy to deal with any of our requests. We opted to have a mid- morning snack of croissants in the classroom and lunch each day in The Causeway Restaurant. All the food served was excellent and great value, plus each day there was an endless supply of hot drinks, including good coffee and water. Overall, a very successful week in which we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing food! Fine dining at its best! The best meal we have had in Hereford in a very long time. Outstanding! The service was also second to none! Abi was very attentive.

I visited with local friends and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was terrific, the dining area, Lounge and bar have all recently been renovated and are beautiful.
